Project involved the design and permitting of a subdivision that includes single family lots, townhomes, bungalows, and community area with a resort, hotel, and shops. Design work included roads, water treatment and distribution system, wastewater collection and treatment system, grading, erosion & sedimentation control, and site work. All USACE permits were obtained and bridges installed to cross wetlands and streams.
