.Provided evaluation of two water storage tanks: a ground concrete tank and an elevated steel tank. Proposed repairs on both tanks, provided specifications, organized the bidding process, and provided construction management services for repairing and repainting both water tanks. Coordinated communication with the contractor and the client and resolved several issues that appeared during the work. Such issues were damages caused by the contractor; MacConnell & Associates, P.C. played a critical role in making sure that the client received the quality work it deserved, without incurring any additional costs.
